Payment Methods

• Paypal transfer: You can transfer money directly to our Paypal account, our Paypal account is [email protected].
• Credit Card/Debit Card: We support Visa / Mastercard / Discover debit card or credit card online payment (some prepaid cards are not supported).
• Apple Pay: Apple Pay provides an easy and secure way to make payments in your iOS, iPadOS, and watchOS apps.
• Google Pay: Google Pay is the fast and simple way to pay on sites, using the cards saved to your Google Account.
• SEPA bank transfer: For EU customers, you can use a debit card to manually transfer funds to our IBAN account to complete the payment. We will notify you when we receive your transfer and start processing your order.
• Cryptocurrency: You can choose cryptocurrencies such as BTC and ETH to pay. After submitting the order, you can see our blockchain address and QR code, and then you need to complete the payment manually.

Why Payment Failed

• Your card is inactive or frozen.
• The card information entered is incorrect.
• You are using an unsupported card, most of which are prepaid card.
• Your card has set a payment limit or insufficient balance.
• Your IP or the device you are using has triggered the risk control of the bank, you need to contact your bank to allow the transaction.

Order Process

• 1. Browse our jewelry from the shop or category page.
• 2. Enter the specific product page and click the Add to Cart or Buy Now button.
• 3. Enter the checkout page, review your cart list, fill in your delivery information, choose the shipping method, and the payment method.
• 4. Click the Place Order button and you will receive a new order notification email if the payment is successful.
• 5. We will provide the shipping number in about 3 days and notify you by email, you can also check your order status on your Order Details page (Not valid for guest orders).
• 6. Packages usually arrive within 12 days.
