Order Cancellation

If you need to make any changes to your order, please contact us within 12 hours of placing your order. Our team will actively process your order. Orders that have already shipped cannot be canceled at this time.

Return Your Package

We support 15-day returns. You can initiate a return application within 15 days of receiving the package.
  • Products must be intact and free of stains.
  • Customized products do not support returns.
  • Returns due to customer reasons, you need to bear the cost of shipping and return.
  • We are not responsible for any problems caused by unauthorized returns.
  • After receiving your return package, we will refund according to your payment method and notify you.
If you need to return, please contact us first, we will reply you within 24 hours.
We cannot refund if it occurs one of the following two situations.
  • 1. Send products to the wrong return address (including returning directly to the place of shipment without contacting us).
  • 2. Choose the return method for cash on delivery.

Refund

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed. Your money will be returned to your bank account within a 7 business days.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
